10 months!

Today Harrison is 10 months old! Time has flown by so fast!! He is really becoming a "little boy" filled with LOTS of personality. He is so funny and loves to laugh and make everyone around him laugh too. His big belly laugh and smile are contagious. His laughter is the most magical sound I have ever heard. I never thought the sound of him laughing could make me so happy. Every time I hear him, I can't help but smile. I hope I never stop hearing his sweet sound!

Here is a little inside on the life of Harrison...

Harrison is crawling like crazy and beginning to cruise furniture a little bit. He is so curious and absolutely nothing gets by him! He LOVES the swings and slide. There are about 13 parks surrounding the area where we live (all within a mile radius of our house). One small park with a slide and swings is less than a quarter mile from our house and just happens to be on the way to Starbucks. As soon as the playground is in eyes view Harrison's arms and legs are moving a mile a minute and he begins to laugh and squeal in delight. So we obviously stop and swing for about 15minutes or so and then go down the slide a couple of times. Now our 20 minute Starbuck walk is about 45! However, seeing his excitement makes it well worth it! :)

Harrison is also babbling... ALOT. He will talk and point at everything and everyone! Harrison absolutely LOVES dogs. Everytime he sees one while we are walking on one the trails around our house he points and squeals. Harrison loves his bath, actually he just loves water in general! He also loves to eat...but not baby food. He loves hummus, couscous, greek yogurt, cheese, peaches, bananas, rice, baby cheeto puffs, and of course ice cream!! He is probably the only 10 month old that eats hummus, which he has been eating for 4 months :) He also loves to drink water from his big boy sippy cup. Other things Harrison likes, but cannot have... computer cords, remote controls, and blinds. Basically anything he can't have he wants, even though our entire family room is filled with his toys!!

And then there are a few things Harrison does NOT like. While he loves getting baths, he hates getting out of it! He hates getting his diaper changed...that is now a fight and struggle EVERY time! He is not a fan of naps, but with some patience and a bottle he will usually take 2 a day. And of course Harrison does not like it when mommy leaves his eyesight!!

Overall, the last 10 months have been absolutely amazing and better then we could have ever imagined. We know each day will keep getting better and better! We are so blessed to have such a wonderful little boy!
