This Father's Day will definitely be one to remember, but not the one I had planned for Pierce! To make a long story short, Harrison was not acting like himself yesterday morning and would not wake up. At about 9:45am, Pierce and I were so worried by his lethargic behavior we took him to the ER. We were told he was hypoglycemic meaning he had low blood sugar. After a bottle or two and some apple juice he was much better, however still pretty tired. The doctor said it could have been from an activity filled day, the day before (he had his first swimming lesson and we was quite the little fish!)and then didn't eat much and went to sleep. They didn't seem to overly concerned, so unless it happens again, we are all good, yeah!
After a fun filled morning at the ER, we went to Grandma and Grandpa Cap's. Harrison was in the pool again having a blast. My Dad was able to see him which was fun. He is in from Seattle with Steph and the kiddos. They really loved seeing Harrison too! It was great for me to see my dad and for Harrison to see his grandpa on Father's Day! Harrison really does resemble his grandpa!
All in all though it was a great day and I know one Pierce will NOT forget! Oh and Harrison gave Pierce a BBQ pit, we just have to go and pick it out tomorrow!
